Please join us at the open evening for the exhibition ‘Celebrating the Glamorgan Heritage Coast’… should be a great evening with music, performance, film and of course the exhibition… (bar will be open!) St Donats Arts Centre, Tuesday 21st May, 7.00 – 9.00pm
At a recent public meeting plans were unveiled by The Community Foodie Project from Creative Rural Communities, in collaboration with well-known local resident Cowbridge resident Jim Grove, for a proposed community allotment site to the rear of Millfield Drive, on land underneath and adjacent to the bypass flyover (to the rear of the old Cowbridge 6th form building). There is space for 14 full sized allotments, which can be sub-divided into smaller plots. Expressions of interest from approx 20 people are needed for a funding bid to go into Creative Rural Communities before the end of April 2013.
Please contact Jim Grove by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Rob McGhee via email@example.com

We are Creative Rural Communities; the Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Rural Regeneration initiative. In short we run loads of great projects supporting creativity and enterprise in the rural Vale of Glamorgan. The Coastal Camping project is something that we are currently loving! We get to help loads of great and enthusiastic landowners learn all about what’s involved in setting up a campsite, and then have a go running one this summer (2012.)
