HubCowbridge – the vision

The concept of the Hub was born in the spring of 2011 on a walk with a friend. ‘Wouldn’t it be great if there was one place for people to go to, to find what they want from within their local community, whether in the line of business, finding a service/tradesman, finding out what’s going on, finding people with shared interests etc. A place that gave local exposure to people who are doing great things in the community. A place for local businesses, goods and services to promote themselves in an affordable way. A place that networked existing networks. A place that took the notion of us only being one or two steps away from the people/things we need in life and made it possible to connect with those people…..’
